Shipping policy

*We offer free shipping to all contiguous U.S. States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands. Unfortunately we don't offer shipping to these states yet, but are working on making that possible.

Bear with us as we are also configuring International Shipping. We don't offer it at the moment. 

If the packages get lost, damaged or stolen in transit we strongly recommend having Route Protection for your package. For an additional fee at 2% of total cost Route Protection will ensure full coverage to get a replacement order. We're not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. So make sure to keep Route Protection activated (opted in) when placing the order.

THIS PRODUCT IS A FINAL SALE AND CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

As a natural product it is sensitive to high temperatures and is shipped with insolation once shipped to warmer regions. We recommend keeping it at room temperature (68 degrees Fahrenheit) or below. So make sure to not leave your package out in the sun, as it may melt the skin butter and change the consistency once settled (little fatty granules may appear). But it won't impact the product's integrity and is not considered faulty or defective.
