Are there any preservatives in your Skin Butter?
As a raw and nutirous product, being in a moist environment can cause bacterial growth. As a form of prevention, we only added plant-derived Optiphen, which does not contain Parabens.
Is your product vegan?
It is plant-based, and we are working on getting our vegan certification in the near future.
Is a melted Skin Butter considered faulty?
No, it is perfectly fine and just needs to cool down to solidify. The product's integrity will not be affected.
What should I do if the Skin Butter ends up melting?
You should either let it cool down to room temperature or place it in the fridge. Once it solidifies, it should be good to use again. After cooling down, tiny granules may appear, but they will not affect the Skin Butter's integrity. Just rub your hands together until the granules melt completely.
How long does the Skin Butter last?
After opening the Skin Butter, it should be valid for three months while making sure no water gets inside, as water can facilitate bacterial growth. This is why we implemented a plant-derived and Paraben-free preservative. We advise using the spoon and avoiding having wet hands to scoop up the Skin Butter for a longer and cleaner shelf life.
Can I use the scented Skin Butter on my face?
As we used essential oils and concentrated Ginger Root Extract in the formula we advise you to avoid applying it on your face or close to your eyes to avoid possible sensitivity.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
As a small business, we pride ourselves on offering the best possible service and try to handle shipments as soon as possible. Because we are a small team we do not offer expedited shipping yet. Please allow 1-2 business days in processing time after the order has been placed. Shipping time is typically 3-5 business days after it's been processed. During the Christmas season make sure to order early enough to calculate possible delays in the shipping time.
How sustainable is your packaging?
Our Skin Butters are filled into Amber Glass Jars with a plastic lids. The box that it is delivered in is made of kraft paper, and the packaging peanuts are made of corn starch and are water-soluble. We try our best to produce marketing material out of paper. The spoon is electroplated metal. The cooling material is unfortunately made of plastic but will be working on a better solution.
Can I leave the spoon in the Skin Butter?
No, please do not leave the spoon in the jar as it causes a reaction between the electroplated layer and the Skin Butter (it turns green and the spoon loses its golden color).
Can I edit my address after placing an order?
Try to email us as soon as possible at shop@healevolvereign.com. If you’ve received the tracking email, we, unfortunately, cannot change it on our end. You would have to get in touch with UPS by using your tracking and order number info to modify your address after it’s been shipped out.
My order status says my package has been delivered, but I don’t have my order, can I get a return?
If you added Route-Protection to your order, just follow the instructions in the tracking email and within 24h, Route will process a substitute order for you. Unfortunately, if you didn’t add Route to your order we’ll not cover a refund as we are not liable for any stolen, damaged, or lost packages as stated in our terms and conditions. So we strongly advise to add Route-Protection for full coverage.
What if I received the wrong item or the wrong quantities?

What if my package gets returned to the sender?
Please, email us at shop@healevolvereign.com so we can resend it to you for an additional fee. The fee is calculated based on location.
Does the Skin Butter have to be stored in the fridge?
Room temperature is perfectly fine, but if you want to extend the shelf life we recommend storing it in the fridge between uses.
